How do I return an item?

1. Submit your return request within 14 days of placing your order (unless local consumer law gives you more time).
   
   

2. Please contact the brand's customer service at info@mr-stiff.co.uk .
   
   

3. Please provide the following information:

• Proof of purchase (invoice or payment receipt)
  
  

• The email address you used when ordering
  
  

4. Please return the items within 14 days of notifying us of your return.
   
   

Please use a traceable shipping method and keep your proof of postage as proof of return.

Return Policy

• Items must be returned new, unused and in their original packaging with all tags, accessories and documents intact .
  
  

• Returned items will be inspected upon receipt . Refunds may be reduced or denied if the items are damaged or no longer saleable.

• Shipping costs (both original and return) are non-refundable unless expressly stated by the brand.
  
  

• Customs duties and taxes are generally non-refundable . You can contact your local customs office directly for these matters .
  
  

• Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method (for cash on delivery orders via bank transfer or PayPal ).

Defective products & warranty

If your product is damaged or defective , please contact us as soon as possible at info@mr-stiff.com. Please include your name, email address, delivery address and order number .

Your statutory guarantee under consumer law remains valid at all times.

Damage caused by improper use , accidents or normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.
