How to return an item
Submit your return request within 14 days of placing your order (unless local consumer law grants you more time).
Contact the Brand’s customer support at info@mr-stiff.com.
Provide the required details: order number, proof of purchase, and email address used for the order.
Ship the items back promptly, within 14 days of notifying us.
Return conditions
Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging (labels, accessories, and documents intact).
Returns are inspected. Refunds may be reduced or refused if items are damaged or not in resale condition.
Unless required by law, original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refunded (unless explicitly stated by the Brand).
Duties & Taxes are normally non-refundable. You may apply directly to your local customs office for any possible refund.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (COD orders via bank transfer or PayPal).
Faulty products & warranty
If your product is damaged or develops a fault, contact info@mr-stiff.co.uk as soon as possible. Please include your name, email address, delivery address, and order number.
Your legal warranty rights under consumer law always apply.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
